• Submission of portfolios on up to four reputable vendors in each category (ceremony/reception site, stationery, photography/videography, reception music/DJ, flowers, catering, wedding cake, transportation, attire, favors/gifts, hair, and rentals), to include packages, pricing, and availability
• Category-specific list of important points and questions to ask each vendor during your interview
  

You've got all the planning under control, but need someone to supervise, direct, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

• Two consultations prior to the wedding to gather pertinent information and begin coordination with already contracted vendors and site(s) (this assumes client has or will make all arrangements with contracted vendors)
• Creation of wedding day time line to be distributed to all vendors and wedding party
• On-site direction and supervision during the wedding rehearsal (up to 3 hours) and on the wedding day (up to 12 hours)
• Access to bridal emergency kit on the wedding day

**You must contract with us at least six months prior to the wedding date to receive this amount of consultation time. Hours of consultation for contracts of lesser time are subject to decrease.
